On April 19, 2019, at approximately 12:00am, the victim, a 63 year-old male, was inside a corner restaurant located at 26th and York Streets when a small group of juveniles came inside and requested to use his lighter. After a short while, the victim went outside to retrieve his lighter when the group began taunting him then surrounding him in what he perceived as an attempt to attack him. During the altercation one of the juveniles picked up a glass bottle and threw it at the victim, striking him on his nose. The group then fled the location. The complainant was transported to Temple hospital where he received three stitches to his nose.
Suspect Description: Black male, 17 years-of-age, 5’7″, stocky build, wearing a grey t-shirt, black track pants with stripes on the side and black and white sneakers.
