A New Jersey couple and a homeless man embroiled in a GoFundMe scandal will reportedly face criminal charges after authorities say they conspired with each other to make up a false story.
Mark D’Amico, Kate McClure and Johnny Bobbitt, all linked to the $400,000 fundraising page that was shut down, are accused of conspiracy and theft by deception, a source told NBC 10 in Philadelphia.
